I finally scanned some of the film from my afternoon with the Viele family for my class project. I definitely got some great material to work with for my "portraits without faces" topic.
I seem to be attracted to hard light. I like them anyway. Sarah was patient enough to model for me while I shot with the large format camera.

These are definitely three of the most fun people to work with! The Vieles were sweet enough to let me spend a few hours with them today taking photos for my final project, and I got some fantastic photos of Tanya, Rob, and their son, Jack!
